The Board considered a report of
the Strategic Director, Enterprise, Community and Resources, which provided an
update on the certification of the external audit of the Council’s Housing
Benefit Subsidy Claim for 2015/16.
Representatives from Grant Thornton, the Council’s external auditors, presented their certification letter to the Board. A copy of this was attached to the report at Appendix 1.
RESOLVED: That the report be noted.
