The Board considered a report of the Strategic Director, Enterprise,
Community and Resources, on The Parklands Club, Chapel Lane, Widnes.
The report referred to discussions with the existing tenants of the
Club.
RESOLVED: That
1) the proposals
and approach set out in the report be agreed;
2) authority
be delegated to the Operational Director, Economy, Enterprise and Property and
the Operational Director, Legal and Democratic Services, to present these
proposals to the tenants of the Club; and
3) subject to
the agreement of both parties, the actions outlined in the report be approved.
