Approval of the (Publication Draft) Delivery and Allocations Local Plan for a formal period of public consultation pursuant to Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012

Approval of the (Publication Draft) Halton Delivery and Allocations Local Plan for a period of formal public consultation, in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Local Planning Regulations.

 

The consultation will be for a minimum of 6 weeks and in compliance with the adopted Statement of Community Involvement.
