will be asked to approve Halton’s inclusion in the Liverpool City Region
Investment Zone, specifically relating to the inclusion of a tax site and
business rates retention at Sci-Tech Daresbury. Approval is sought to enter
into a Memorandum of Understanding with the LCR CA and to undertake all the
necessary steps to establish the Investment Zone and business rates retention.
