Issue - meetings

            The Board considered a report of the Strategic Director, Enterprise, Community and Resources, which sought approval for the Part 2 of the Highway Asset Management Plan (HAMP). The Board had previously endorsed Part 1, Chapters 1-4, of the HAMP on 13^th January 2016 and it was subsequently approved by the Executive Board on 7^th April 2016. Approval of the HAMP would serve as a foundation for other detailed plans and strategies based on the principles and objectives of the HAMP.

RESOLVED: That the Board endorse the Highway Asset Management Plan and its forwarding to the Executive Board for approval.
