The Board considered a report which sought approval
for the assigning of the lease for Carpenters Inc on Dennis Road, Widnes.
RESOLVED: That the Board
authorises the Executive Director - Environment and Regeneration, to arrange
for all required documentation for the assignment to be completed to the
satisfaction of the Director Legal and Democratic Services, in consultation
with the Portfolio Holder for Corporate Services.
