Consultation process
Consultation is undertaken for a six week period between 1 October 2018 and 31 January 2019, via the Council’s web site, and issued via a Local Authority Circular to all primary and secondary schools, neighbouring authorities, Academy and Free Schools, Diocesan Authorities, and School Governing Bodies.
Representations can only be made as part of the statutory consultation process and must be received by 9 November 2018. After this period, representations can only be made to the Office of the Schools Adjudicator within the prescribed timescale.
