Consultation process
The pre-CPO consultation is currently taking place with the owners and occupiers of Eddarbridge/West Bank Dock Estate. 3MG’s private sector partner “The Stobart Group” are leading on these discussions and have appointed agents G L Hearn to open negotiations. Every effort will be made to secure all the land and property required for 3MG without resorting to a CPO. However, in the event a CPO is necessary, a report will be taken to Executive Board to seek a formal resolution. All the statutory consultation requirements will be complied with.
